Scale Your Party Operation Without Rebuilding What Works
Use Tidybash to turn every party into a lead-generating event and give new staff and locations a playbook to follow when you're ready to add them.

Turn More Party Guests Into Customers
The party page gives guests a real first impression and leaves you their contact details. Building a relationship becomes something you plan rather than piece together.
Multiple Locations, Same Setup
Add a site and your packages, add-ons and email templates already apply there. You set the days and times it's open, and it's ready to take bookings.
New Staff, Same Process
Everything a new team member needs is in one place on day one. They start running parties instead of working out where things live.
How Tidybash helps scale your party operation
Book more parties
One of the best sources of new bookings is previous party guests. Tidybash helps you nurture those relationships by collecting guest contact details so you can follow up after each party.
Tidybash also collects abandoned party inquiries, so you can follow up and book parties from leads you would never have known existed.

As many locations as you run
There's no limit to the number of locations you can coordinate from in Tidybash. Locations carry their own availability, so you can filter your calendar to one site's open times.
Packages, add-ons and email templates belong to your business rather than to a building, so they apply to each new site the day you add it.

If you need more than one booking page, or want sites run independently, we can set you up with an admin login that switches between them. Each account keeps its own packages, availability and team.
Each one starts from the setup you already have — we'll copy your packages and email templates across, so a new team doesn't build them from scratch.
Talk to us and we'll get it set up.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get the contact details of the guests who come to a party?+
When the birthday parent invites guests from your party page, each guest's name and email address goes onto that party's guest list. A guest nobody invited adds a name and an email of their own when they sign up to RSVP.
Can I export the guest list and add them to my email list?+
Yes. A party's guest list downloads as a CSV: each guest's name, their RSVP status and the parent email that came with them. It's one file per party, downloaded whenever you want it. Import it into whichever email tool you already use — we'd suggest tagging them as birthday party attendees, so you can reach that group on its own later.
Can I send a follow-up email from Tidybash?+
Yes, to the parent who booked. Write the emails you send often as templates: the thank you, the review request, the invitation to book again next year. Then open the party, pick one, and send it with that party's details filled in.
Can I run parties at more than one location?+
Yes. Add each site with its address and capacity. Parents pick the location when they book and see the times that are open at that site, and every party at every site shows up in your booking list and on your calendar.
Does each location need its own booking page?+
No — one booking page covers all of them. Parents choose which location they want on the same page, so there's nothing extra to set up or share. If you do want a separate booking page per site, get in touch and we can set you up with more than one account.
Can I offer different packages at different locations?+
Yes. Packages belong to your business, so they're available everywhere by default. A site's availability decides which of them can be booked there, so a package can show availability at one location and not another.
Do I have to set my packages up again for a new location?+
No. Packages, add-ons and email templates belong to your business rather than to a location, so they apply everywhere. Availability is the one thing a new location needs of its own.
Can I run more than one Tidybash account from one login?+
Yes, and it's something we set up with you. Tell us how many accounts you need, and we'll set them up and connect your login to each one. After that you switch between accounts inside Tidybash, without logging out and back in. You're working in one account at a time: each one has its own booking page, its own packages, its own availability and its own team.
Should a second site be a location or an account of its own?+
Usually a location is the simpler fit. The sites then share one booking page and one set of packages, and every party at both sites sits in the same booking list. A separate account suits a site that runs on packages of its own, with its own team, booked from a page of its own. If you're not sure which fits, tell us how the sites are run and we'll go through it with you.
Do I have to build my packages again in a second account?+
No. We copy them across for you. Tell us which account to start from, and we'll set the new one up with the packages, add-ons and email templates you already use, so the team there isn't starting from an empty account. Availability is the one thing each account sets for itself, the same as a new location.
Can my team have their own logins?+
Yes. Invite them by email as an Owner, an Admin or a Member. Everyone has access to all party management features, whichever role you give them.
Does Tidybash help train new staff?+
Yes. Our help center at tidybash.com/support walks through how everything works, and we're adding new training resources to it all the time. If your team needs more than that, get in touch and we'll set up a call to take them through it.
Do I have to replace the software that runs my classes?+
No. Tidybash handles the party side. Your classes, camps and registrations stay where they are, and parties run alongside them.
What kinds of businesses use Tidybash's party booking software?+
Art studios, game labs, gyms, indoor playgrounds, bakeries, ski slopes and mobile entertainers. Anywhere that hosts kids' birthday parties, whether that's the main business or one of several things you run.
