Can I set different add-ons and availability per package?+
Yes. Each package can have its own add-ons and its own availability, and the Wizard only shows parents what applies to the package they picked.
What if I don't want parents picking their own time for a package?+
Turn availability off for that package and it works as an inquiry instead of a live booking. Parents still send their details and the date they're hoping for, and you follow up to lock the exact time. It's the right setup for mobile parties, venues you don't control, or any package where timing takes a conversation.
Can parents book a slot themselves, or do I approve every party?+
You're in control. Parents request a date based on your real availability, and you approve or decline. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
Do you charge a fee on each booking?+
No. If you use our integrated Stripe payments, you pay standard card processing rates and nothing on top. You can also receive and record payments through your own processor.
What if I run parties at more than one location?+
Add each of your locations, and parents pick where they want their party when they book.
What about parties I travel to?+
