Can parents choose between options inside an add-on?+
Yes. An add-on can carry variations, and each variation can ask its own question. Offer cupcakes with a choice of flavors, or a platter that asks which sauce, and the answer comes back with the booking.
What if I don't want parents picking their own time for a package?+
Turn availability off for that package and it works as an inquiry instead of a live booking. Parents still send their details and the date they're hoping for, and you follow up to lock the exact time. It's the right setup for mobile parties, venues you don't control, or any package where timing takes a conversation.
Can parents book a slot themselves, or do I approve every party?+
You're in control. Parents request a date based on your real availability, and you approve or decline. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
Can two families request the same time slot?+
Yes, until you approve one. A slot is blocked when a party is booked, not when a parent requests it, so the date stays open while you decide which request to approve.
Can I stop parents booking at the last minute?+
Yes. Set a minimum booking lead time and your availability won't offer anything inside it.
Does Tidybash support mobile parties?+
Yes. Set that package up as a mobile party and the form collects the family's address with the request, so you have it upfront. You don't need a venue of your own.
How do I take a deposit?+
You can collect payments directly through Tidybash with our Stripe integration. The deposit is taken on the booking and recorded against the party automatically. If you have another payment method you prefer, take the deposit the way you normally would and record it against the booking so your numbers stay right.
Does Tidybash charge a booking fee?+
No. You pay Stripe's standard card processing rates and nothing on top. Tidybash takes no percentage and no per-booking fee.
Do I have to replace the software that runs my classes?+
No. Tidybash handles the party side. Your classes, camps and registrations stay where they are, and parties run alongside them.
